These terms govern your use of Persue Budget, an app published by Persue Apps LLC ("Persue Apps," "we," "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and to Apple's licensing terms below.
Your license to use Persue Budget is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these terms and Apple's standard agreement overlap, Apple's agreement controls the license grant itself; these terms cover everything specific to Persue Budget.
Persue Budget is a planning and record keeping tool. Nothing in the app, including category suggestions, pace calculations, or paycheck coverage summaries, is financial, tax, or investment advice. Decisions about your money remain yours to make.
When you connect a bank through SimpleFIN, the transactions and balances you see come from your bank by way of SimpleFIN Bridge, a service you subscribe to independently of Persue Apps. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data your bank makes available. If something looks wrong, your bank's own records are the source of truth.
The lifetime unlock is a one time purchase, made once, handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not process payments and do not hold your payment information. Refund requests go through Apple, not through us, and follow Apple's own refund policies.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for keeping your device secure, and for reviewing any bank data before relying on it. If you share a budget with someone, you are responsible for what you choose to share with them.
Persue Budget is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We work to keep the app accurate and reliable, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Persue Apps LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made using information the app displays.
We may update these terms as the app changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Persue Apps LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
