Busy Branches
By using Busy Branches you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/…/stdeula. If these terms conflict with Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA controls.
What the app is (and isn't)
Busy Branches is a personal family organizer: it keeps the schedules, reminders, and records you create. It does not provide medical, dental, veterinary, or other professional advice. Suggested care items and intervals are general-information defaults — always follow the guidance of your own doctors and providers. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for any decisions you make based on it.
License
You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own family's use. Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app.
Purchases & subscriptions
Busy Branches Pro is available as a monthly auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, billed through your Apple account at the price shown before you buy. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Payment and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.
Your data
Your data belongs to you and stays on your device and your own iCloud (see the Privacy Policy). Back up your device; the developer cannot recover data you delete.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for missed reminders or appointments, data loss, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
These terms apply for as long as you use the app. Deleting the app ends the license; purchases remain governed by Apple's terms.
Changes
Updated terms ship inside the app with a new effective date; continued use after an update means you accept them.
